PPI Help
Help for question 1
We need to know your age so we can show you which products and benefits are available to you. For some policies, some areas of cover may stop part of the way through the cover period. For example, some policies only cover sickness up to age 65. So, if you take out a 5-year policy when you are 62, you will only be covered for sickness until you are 65, but the other cover (such as cover for unemployment) may continue.

Help for question 3
This question will tell us what type of borrowing/credit you are looking to cover, and therefore which payment protection products we should show you.
Some payment protection insurance products are only available for secured personal loans and some for unsecured personal loans. A secured personal loan is a loan where the lender takes a charge over your property or another asset to secure the borrowing.

You should know
The products you will see are not recommendations. We can't give you specific advice on whether a product is suitable for you, so never buy, sell, or change the terms of a product just on the basis of what you see in the tables.
We try to ensure that the information on our site is as accurate as possible, but you should always confirm the product details with the provider or an adviser. If you don't understand how the kind of product you're looking for works, or if you're not sure whether it's suitable for you, then get advice before coming back to the tables.
